Group Packing Planner: Who Brings What
Assign shared gear to named people, set quantities and mark items packed. Download a checklist for your group trip. Free, no account required.
How to assign shared gear
- Keep personal essentials on individual lists. Add only things your group wants to use together.
- Give each shared item one named owner and a quantity. Cards, a speaker and a tripod are optional examples, not requirements.
- Mark packed only when the item is in the bag. An assigned item is still a promise.
- Download the checklist and send it to the group. Pick one person to maintain the final copy.
For example, Alex can bring one deck of cards and Sam one speaker. If the group is splitting up during the day, revisit which equipment can actually be shared.
